A town that is full of lovely people and there are a lot of cultural shops and its specially common around rough Maoris

Dad: Papadeli
Son: Where's that?
Dad: Papatoetoe, it's full of indians and sari shops
Son: Why is it called that?
Dad: Just some Maori's on weed not knowing what they are doing or anything
Son: Papadeli here we come!

A semen stained Underwear or Pant, usually happens accidentally. A man's pant/underwear after he accidentally unloads his baby batter inside it.
