P.I.E.B.- Prime Example of Inner Breeding. People that act or look like they have a wreath for a family tree. PEIB's are commonly found throughout the Wal-Mart and Costco aisles.

PEIB: "Hey ya'll, these peas comes in cans."
Employee: "Great, here comes another PEIB."
