Osminitis 

When one watches too many episodes of Operation Osmin.
Symptoms include involuntary screaming, proclivity to do pushups, involuntary penis growth an increased sexual stamina. The symptoms can also be brought on by a 30 day diet of fish, salad and water.
Person #1 - "Dude, I thought you didn't even have the courage to ask her out?
Person #2 - Yeah, but my Osminitis kicked in and I've nailed her three times this week."

Person #1 - "I thought you were going to lose that fight."
Person #2 - "I thought so too but then my Osminitis kicked in and I finished him off quickly."
