Octoparrot 

A parrot-like creature with eight octopus tentacles.

On "The Simpsons", Homer went to a place where the people could make him smarter by removing a crayon stuck in his brain.

One of staff said, "We don't play God here". Homer responded with "You do nothing but play God, and I think your OCTOPARROT would agree".
