Apart from 'One True Paring',
OTP is New Zealand slang for 'On the piss '.

'Piss' can be slang for alcohol, so On the Piss means to be drinking alcohol (usually a lot) or used when someone is talking about drinking alcohol in the future.

Otp means one true pairing, but let's be honest. We all have more than one! When your otp does something even remotely cute, your heart practically poops it's pants. You may also throw yourself off of a building and/or sell your soul to satan so you won't feel any more pain.
Person One: Destiel was soooo cute last night!
Person Two: I know they're my OTP! I almost threw myself out the window but instead I just ate my feelings again.
