Orgasmically Induced Transient Ischemic Attack
OITIA is a medical acronym referring to an orgasm so mind-blowing that it results in a temporary and insufficient blood supply to the brain. Symptoms may include dizziness, disturbance of vision, numbness and toe cramping. Symptoms typically resolve within a six hour period of time, followed by a great night's sleep.
