NOC Tool is a person who works in a NOC and is the butt of everyone's jokes, at times they will even participate in making fun of the NOC Tool not realizing they are the fucking Tool

They were going to reset there sonic wall the NOC did not see anything wrong on the photo router. If the internet is not working. No other ticket was made they thought resetting the wall would correct the problem if it did not they would call back and we would reopen the ticket

When you've sat on the toilet for so long the bathroom light sensor has timed out, leaving you to finish dropping a Duece in the dark. This mostly takes place at the office or public establishments. Noc is short for nocturnal. By the time you're ready to wipe you can see like a jaguar in a pitch black bathroom stall.
