Actually spelt as Nword. An alternate way for non-blacks to pronounce 'N-Word' to bypass using the actual word (censored) and not piss of black people.

Case 1:
Tyrone: hey Jake.
Jake: Ssup my Nword (pronounced as nvord)
Tyrone: I'm fine man.

Case 2:
Mike: hey look at Carl that delinquent is upto vandalism again.
Tim: yeah that filthy Nword(pronounced as Nvord)
