Basically, a variation of the word homosexual or heterosexual used to describe a person that is only sexually attracted to mother fuckers.

Someone whom is attracted to dumbasses, why? No one is sure. Someone who makes dumb comments or decisions is strangely appealing.

Girl 1: "I'm morosexual, I'm attracted to dumbasses and dumbasses exclusively, one time boy 1 asked me what the Spanish for tortilla is and now I dream of kissing him under the moonlight."
