The sometimes embarrassing moaning noise a person creates as they are falling asleep. When the person exhales, they sometimes make a seductive moan they have no control over.

Julie was trying to sleep last night, and she let out a little mexhale. It was the cutest thing ever.

That methalete is either cleaning or running a tri-methalon.

Chronic condition affecting long-term veteran meth users who are unable to explain or accept that they have started to nod-off randomly (in a fashion more befitting heroin users) despite ingesting larger and larger amounts of methamphetamine.

Mehalesh 

Mehalesh ( מחלש In Hebrew ) is a slang used to show disapproval of a message. The word is the verb version of the word חלש (Halash) which means “Weak” in Hebrew.

Typically Mehalesh is written with the “h” (The letter ש in the Hebrew version) being duplicated as a sign of greater disapproval. the more “h” added at the end, the greater the disapproval.

Person 1: “Let’s go to Tel Aviv”
Person 2: “Mehaleshhh”

When one has done so much "meth" that all their movements are twitchy and they lose the ability to remain still or quiet. Sometimes chewing on their tongue like someone having an epileptic seizure.
