The intense fear of ladybugs.
It is a combo of the Spanish word for lady bug and the word for fear.

Guy 1: I have Mariquiraphobia
Guy 2: What the hell is that?!
Guy 1: The fear of lady bugs
Guy 2; But those are lucky!
