Maitham

Maitham is that guy who thinks he is your friend but really is just annoying. He's that guy who's pretty slow and doesn't understand a word you say. He doesn't understand irony or sarcasm. He is really just a dick.

I cant believe he thinks we actually like him. He is such a Maitham.
