The little pocket on jeans that nothing can fit into (except chapstick)

Can also refer to the state of being when you're partially out of it and can hear someone talking but not process what they're saying

This lavuzomi is so small, I can't even fit my thumb in it

I totally failed that test, because I was lavuzoming and thinking about video games and beer and guy stuff
