Normally an insult used after someone acts annoyingly, acts like a Gay Fish or as a 'penis'. This is always used negatively, but can be used as either an insult or description.

Boy 1: I said to this kid the other day 'Do you want to come round tomorrow?' But he replied 'F**k off'

Boy 1: Yeah, but then I heard someone else asked at the same time, and he said 'I would love to.'
