This word is not pronounced kanye or coin or any other silly way, it's pronounced ko-hen. This word is used to call someone cool or amazing or something someone does. If someone calls you a koyne you should be very pleased.

Boy 1: Dude we did the most koyne thing.
Boy 2: I know right!!!

Or

Boy: Your so koyne.
Girl: Aww thanks.
