A nickname derived from the name "Kate". Young children often mispronounce "Kate" for things such as "Kekk", "Kayk" or "Kett", hence the nickname "Kekk".
Little child: Kekk, hungry!
Kate: Okay hold on, sweetie.
Friend: "Hey, Kekk! What's up?"
Kate: "Hey, not much!"
