Johnnygagging

Overcomplication of a simple phrase by using excessive wording.

"You know that animal? The one that's kind of like a horse, except not? It has like, a mayne and stripes and stuff? You know? Zebras? You know what I'm talking about? They're like little horses."

"Stop that johnnygagging!"

"quit johnnygagging!"
"don't be such a johnnygagger!"
"I hate it when you johnnygag."
