When Jews come to the states from Israel and have to adjust to the time difference. Jet-lag for Jews.
"They're tired and cranky from their trip. It must be the time difference between here and the Middle-East; they've got Jewlag."

A feeling similar to jet lag that Jewish people experience the day after Yom Kippour. This feeling is experienced because many will take something to try to sleep away most of the fast, therefore making them seem jet lagged because their sleep schedule is off
John came into work the day after Yom Kippour but was sluggish the whole day because he was Jew-lagged
