Captive Hoops 

Circular Piercings inserted into piercings/pierced areas. Commonly used in ears, bottom lips, eyebrows, noses, nipples and occasionally the belly button, penis and vagina.

Usually they are a circular piece of metal, with a ball holding the two pieces closed so the piercing won't slip or fall out.

Rarely are they silver, gold or glass.

Cafe Hoop 

The feminist co-op at Wellesley College, located in the basement of the Wang Campus Center. It's basically a hipster feminist lesbian sorority where you can buy expensive mediocre food, but worth it because the Hoopies are all so hot. You basically have to be a cool hot lesbian to work there. Initiation involves carrying a large hoop around everywhere for a week, which is not hazing because it's fucking awesome. To alert others of the presence of Law-Enforcement (police or correctional officers).

Originating in United States prison systems most likely from the Spanish word "jurar" "to swear" as in court or "jurado" referring to the jury.

While sometimes someone may call out "jura!" Many times a Jura Call may be non verbal, multiple flushes of a toilet, a loud cough or even a whistle.

The flushing of toilets is a fairly common Jura Call since inmates may need to "flush" their contraband.

I heard someone yell "Hooda" and when the peckerwood heard the hooda call he bailed.

Hoppa Caucasian 

A slang term for someone whose ethnicity is White/Caucasian and Asian, but they are not half asian + half white. One parent is half asian + half white, making them Hoppa. The other parent is White/Caucasian.
