A process or act performed in an unconventional, often rash manner.

"Did you see the hood maneuver that Will pulled on the highway? I thought he was going to swerve into that SUV!"

"That chick paid $6 at McDon's in pennies! What a hood maneuver!"

"That guy used zip-ties to hold on his bumper! Don't see many hood maneuvers like that!"
