1. a mental illness that forces a person to make inappropriate,
irrelevant remarks during a conversation leaving an awkward
presence between the original talkers.
2. a mental illness in which ones actions or remarks are
impaired therefore, becoming vulnerable to being classified as
weird, creep, or simply retarded.
