Hirsch
To consume a large amount of food in a relatively short span of time. Additional hallmarks of hirsching include: (1) consumption of particularly unhealthy foods e.g., pizza; (2) consuming (unhealthy) food in a relatively discreet manner; and yet also (3) loudly and repeatedly remarking to no one in particular about your current diet, dissatisfaction with your current weight, and your plans for losing weight—plans that do not include the food presently being hirsched.
"Dang yo, my 'date' with Ali didn't go so well last night. After we left the bar, I thought I was gonna seal the deal, but instead she certifiably HIRSCHED a whole pizza by herself and proceeded to tell me all about the new diet she had just started! It took 100% of my willpower not to inquire whether the whole pizza was part of the diet plan. Needless to say, I went home when she was on the last slice."
