Archaic term for a bollard, that is, a very large cleat fastened to a pier which is used to secure ships to the pier with lines of heavy rope. Used by longshoremen and enlisted men in the Navy until both were integrated.

a head shape where the lips are massive, and the forehead is very large, on top of that the mouth is extended a bit kinda like a monkeys and the eyes are sunken in, the forehead is also protruding making it looks even larger
