Handiproof

When something is designed specifically to make access difficult for people, normal or otherwise, thus making them appear handicap.

Can be used as a verb or adjective.

Person 1: Why is this CD case so hard to open!?
Person 2: Oh, they've handiproofed it to prevent theft.

Handipoon 

1) A handicapped female confined to a wheelchair.

2) A handicapped female that is drunk and or passes out.

Nathan: See that girl in that wheelchair?

David: Yeah man, that's handipoon.

Taking a poop in the handicapped stall.

"Erika just handipooped."

"Adam, just take a handipoop if there aren't any stalls open."

"My handipoop clogged the toilet."
