The coin was termed from Tite Kubo's "Bleach," particularly from an act that character Grimmjow Jaegerjaquez performed on Luppi Antenor, after Grimmjow regained his arm after having it dissected by another superior. With his newly acquired limb, Grimmjow thrusts his hand through Luppi's chest out of defiance, declaring his victory over his once senior officer.

2. Definitely not an act of a sexual nature.

Damn I just wanna walk up to that bastard and shove my hand through his chest. He'd totally get a grimmjob if I wasn't so passive.
