Some weird cringe-worthy dude found a way to make beat-box sounds like choking and vomiting, basically it's just annoying noise.

Dubstep music that is so freaking dirty and has breaks that are just absolutely GRIMEY!!! hence the term grimestep as a sub-genre of dubstep...
