Macaroni and Cheese combined with cooked ground beef to create a cost-effective and quick meal for gangsters on the go.
All we have to eat is this macaroni and cheese and some hamburger meat in the freezer. I don't get paid till' tomorrow. What do you think? Ghetto Mac?

One Spicy McChicken inserted (buns and all) into the middle of a Double Cheesburger. A variety of this would be to add Big Mac sauce for an extra 30 cents

1. Boxed mac and cheese made w water instead of milk and butter, because dairy products are expensive, dammit

1. The act in buying a normal double cheeseburger off the dollar menu while substituting the ketchup for bigmac sauce and the chopped onions for sliced, then putting french fries in between the beef patties as if to be the middle bun in a big mac.
2. A big-mac made out of other mcdonald's food items resulting in almost the same thing but half the price.
