The opposite of Bare Gash. Meaning either:
-Very few females
-Very ugly females

Mike: "Have you seen my new bird?"
Max: "Yeah she's Gare Bash"
Mike: "Your mum's Gare Bash"
Max: "Your mum gets Gare Bash"
