Girl Under 16 Syndrome- A weird stage in a girls maturity that a good percentage of have only under the age of 16 or a little bit after that. During this stage, girls are convinced that relationships in high school are meant to last forever, not meant to have any type of connection other then emotional connections, and usually piss older guys off if the guys are mature and aren't meant to be dating a girl under the age of 16.

Guy 1: Dude, my girlfriend wont even cuddle with me cause she says it will lead to sex but we dont even kiss so idk how thats gonna happen.
Guy 2: How old is your girlfriend?
Guy 1: 15 why?
