(verb) To provide a person with a Tonsure style haircut most commonly associated with Friar Tuck from the tales of Robin Hood. The top of the recipient’s scalp is shaved in a circular motion leaving the hair long on all sides. The act is typically unwelcome by the recipient and the result of a sports team/club initiation or the loss of a bet.
