Fuck the Reg- an abbreviation used by many regimented/military style schools across the country. You can find FTR sketched on various surfaces around SUNY Maritime's campus in bathroom stalls, the pier security booth and locations around the T.S. Empire State.

Stands for Fuck The Regiment. Referring to the regiment of cadets at Suny Maritime College in Throggs Neck New York.

FTR is the abreviation for the band Fire Tongue Radio that is made up of four gay people: Ryan, Antonio, Sean and Bryant. Their music is really great because they sound like a female moose in heat. They invite random people to their band practices to try to convince them to sing for their band and they are in great need of a metronome.
