An awesome concept of pretentiousness. People trying their hand at various artistic concepts, notably film reviews and music mixes.
Also as a verb for doing a project of this kind, or as an adjective to describe one.

I just found a spanking good deal on a flash-sale travel site, so I decided to be spontaneous and book a flashcation.
