Slang term for a big deal or something worthy of a reaction. Used a lot by Italian-Americans (or wannabes) and, for some reason, prevalent by those who work at IBM in the Northeast US.

Felmunching 

The act of necrophilia with a friend or partner, where you double team the body then jump on top of the corpse and stomp to mix up the juices. Once you do this take a straw and drink the liquid within.
