Someone who is only racist for bandwagon purposes. A news story, tv show or *coughs halftime performance can bring them out of the woodwork. Black issue, white issue, it doesn’t matter, a Fair Weather Racist wants the attention and will degrade any and everyone they have to to be a part of the current social backlash. People who don’t like anything but warm weather year round. They don’t care for seasons. They complain that it’s too cold when it’s 65 degrees or below and cringe at the sight of snow. People who have bad arthritis and very old people don’t count.
That lady from Scottsdale over there is complaining it’s too cold... but it’s only 65 degrees outside... she’s a fair weather fag.
