Adj. (fack-uhld) - Word used to replace "Fucked Up", usually applied to describe the result of something which turned out to be not as expected, or completely disorganized.

Robin: Where are your photos of the debris removal?

Daniel: I forgot to take them, but trust me, I did the work.

Robin: I can't send these to the bank, this is just fackled. They don't take our word for it, we need photos you dumbass!
