Another word for said, the likes of which not even J.K Rowling has set eyes or ears upon. Basically never used, for obvious reasons. When it is used, though, it's usually as a joke. In the rare case that it is legitimately used the speaker is (relatively) often conveying a combination of fear, excitement, anger, desire, empathy and/or sadness. As if the range of usage wasn't already wide enough, it can technically be used in any other circumstance to replace the word said.

In most circumstances this "word", if it can even be called that, is completely and utterly worthless.

Its past tense form is either "eglonocloptorialated" or "eglonocloptorialationated", but as of the time of this definition's writing, almost nobody knows about the word in the first place so whether or not one of those is grammatically incorrect will likely remain forever a mystery.
