Difflicate

Adj. To over blow even the simplest of functions or situations for no reason. Over emphasise the most menial, general or simple tasks either out of self importance or ignorance.

My boss has to difflicate everything just to make himself feel important, even going to lunch to get a sandwich is an ordeal.

Something so complex it can only be described by combining Difficult and Complicated into one word.

Damn man, i thought that last test was hard, but this one was difflicated as hell.
