She appears out of nowhere in the middle of places such as Target. She loves Costco.

The Costco Lady hates Costco.

Me: I hate Costco.
Costco Lady: I'm the Costco lady, and I LOVE Costco!
Jason: It's the only place where you can get cheap vodka!
Costco Lady: Stupid alcoholic kids...
Us: Stupid Costco lady!
