A word that basically defines the smell of an asshole or a similar 'aroma' on a persons finger or skin that just never seems to go away,no matter how much soap you try use.
::Fred: hey doctor can u figure out whats wrong?
::Doctor: Hard to tell at this stage, i might have to shove my finger in there to clearly, but i have to warn you, your either going to find this very disturbing or very pleasurable. Dont worry im a doctor, i know what im doing.

::Doctor: Nothing, i just hate hate having that clinganal smell on my finger, i constantly have to restrict poking my nose...
