A mexican variation of the Italian expression Ciao, meaning hello whats up sexy or goodbye see you later. The major difference is that the mexican expression is very blunt and obvious in its flirting. Usually in a humorous and playful, flirty context.

Vato 1: "Hey fool here comes Beto's cousin, the real fine one!"
Vato 2: Wha?.. where?...oh shit! CHEEOW!!! damn baby girl!!! Hey Claudia... Hey... HEY CLAUDIA! Yo come over here and kick it with us! HEY! ... Hey, tell your girl she's looking super fine! YEah, let me get those digits! etc. etc...

a word used NOT BY MANY but is a term that shows excitement towards something. when used, everyone seems to look at the person weird because they have never heard the word before, probably because not many use it. except banana. lOl loser.
