BillyFest: a celebration of friendship held annually in Wilton Manors Florida. Billy and his friends (all friends, or honorary friends, of Dorothy) come from all corners of the globe for the first weekend of December each year to celebrate friends, new and old, with parties and Mary-making a-plenty! From pool party to tea-cruise, the events are captured in video commemoratives. BillyFest benefits a charitable organisation each year. The first billyfest was held in 2004. their commitments to particular pieces of legislation

The political system isn't broken. We need to stop electing based on party lines and billify politics in order to get the results we want. If we billify this election we could have better laws and more accountable representatives.
