Reaching a certain age, ones balls start to droop, some may be more saggy than others. If they hang down to the level of ones kneecaps the individual may experiance sore balls along with depression. This is commonly known as "droopy balls syndrome", not to be confused with "tennisball in sock syndrome". Typical symptoms are limping, fear of shorts, posting on facebook that you quote "feel old", aswell as being generally grumpy.

The consequences of gradually sliding down into a slouch when sitting on a chair. The ballsack becomes wrangled up in your clothing, requiring the victim to stand up, re-arrange the sack, and sit down again. Effects are greatly increased when wearing tight underwear.

A disease where you're heavily fixated on dick and balls. This fixation often results in stomach issues. With this syndrome, you can only see dick and balls as two separate entities, you can't comprehend the entire male anatomy collectively. This syndrome is all consuming. It makes focusing on other things difficult. Symptoms may vary, and some people might have heavier focus on dick, and others balls.
