The act of flirting between two motorists and or passengers between two cars, while in the act of driving.

Stephen was auto-flirting with the girls in the next car over.

Girl/Guy: "Why are you flirting with me?"

Guy/Girl: "I'm not trying to...must have "auto-flirt" on."
