Amaterasu 

Amaterasu (literally "Shining Heaven"), is a technique used by Uchiha Itachi while enabling the Mangekyou Sharingan. It is named after the Shinto sun goddess, Amaterasu. This jutsu is fire-element ninjutsu of the highest order and creates unquenchable jet-black flames said to be as hot as the sun and capable of burning for seven days and seven nights, as well as through any material.

Jiraiya: There is no escape. They're trapped in the esophagus of a fire-breathing rock toad from Myouboku Mountain.

Itachi: Amaterasu.

Jiraiya: ...!

One of the major Kami.
Oldest recordings of Amaterasy are from the Kojiki (680 AD)
and the Nihon Shoki (720 AD) Amaterasu is the highest deity in Japanese mythology. In the most famous legend about her, she shuts herself away in a cave, bringing disasters to both the world and heaven.
