The workout a person has planned when he/she goes to the gym or fitness center.

Pam: Hey Bill, you going to the gym today?
Bill: Yeah, got upper body weights on the agymda.

or

Bruce always wants to socialize at the gym. It's like he never has an agymda. That' so annoying!
