Glitter Kitties is a nickname for an NFL team called the Jacksonville Jaguars. This nickname was coined in part because of the super sparkly helmets that said Jaguars wear. Jaguars are of course a large variety of cat. So, it wasn't much of a leap for people to start calling them the "Glitter Kitties."

The Snap! Glitter! is an expression used to convey several different emotions and feelings. It is primarily used to express joy or extreme happiness. It punctuates the end of a sentence to add a nice little extra sassafrass to your conversation. It's also used to express just your general sassiness when someone pisses you off.
