A terribly underated game that derserves more credit than it will ever get. Usually put down by FFVII fanboys who are generally too stupid to play any other game, mainly because Sephiroth was in FFVII
FF7 fanboy: OMG like ff7>>>>>all other FF
Person with IQ above 10: Why
FF7 fanboy: OMG LIEK SEPHIROTH DERRRR LOLOLOLOL!
Person with IQ above 10: You're a fucking retard.

Final Fantasy 6(also known as FF6, FFVI, or Final Fantasy VI) is considered to be one of the best video games ever made. It was originally released by Squaresoft for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System(SNES) in 1994, it was later re-released for the Sony Playstation(PS) in 1999 under the title Final Fantasy Anthologies. This game is computerized role playing game(RPG), based in a fantasy world. The game gathers more than a dozen characters from around the world to battle against a power hungry empire. The music is this game is legendary, and the villian Kefka is a favorite with many gamers.
FF6 was one of the most succesfull Squaresoft games.

A great game. Mainly about the story.

My reviews are Graphics 8/10, Cinematic 10/10, Game Play 7/10, Music 10/10, Story 10/10. I will never forget about this game because of the story. I would rate this game 100/10 for the story; it's absolutely touching. I'm not a gay type but this game really made my cry a couple of times. This game is more like a movie than a game but if this game was a movie, this game would be like 150% better than Titanic.

In my opinion, the best game ever. Final Fantasy IX is very different thematically to FFVII and FFVIII since it returns to its roots. Instead of a modern world with mobiles and emails, the setting is pretty simple (although there are airships). It truly feels like a fantasy game and one that is done extremely well.

The characters are all unique and are brought to life by a beautifully written script. Nobuo Uematsu returned for his last solo FF sound track and it was amazing. From the beginning piece 'The Place I'll Return to Someday' to the emotionally powerful 'You're not alone', the music never fails to pull at those heart strings.

The gameplay is solid and enjoyable despite lacking any uniqueness. Which brings me onto another point about FFIX in that it was intended to be a throw back to the earlier Final Fantasys. In that respect the plot, characters and setting were not ground breaking. But all these aspects were done so damn well that Sakaguchi, the series founder called it the best Final Fantasy yet. Uematsu said the same.

In conclusion, FFIX is a magnificent game although it failed to make the impact that many FF fans (such as me) feel it deserved. So, for those of you who haven't played it, go play it now! It is more than just a game, the experience and memories may well last you a lifetime.
I just spent 80 hours playing Final Fantasy 9 and it rocks, kupo!

n. The accidental or nonaccidental styling of one's hair to where it looks like it belongs in a Final Fantasy game.
After I washed my hair and dried it with a towel, it became crazy like I was from Final Fantasy.

Final Fantasy V is the fifth installment in Squaresoft (now evil Square-Enix) Final Fantasy series. It was released on the Super Famicom, but was not released in America originally, but was later fan-translated by a random pirate group. What they didn't know, their inaccurate translations would later become canon, even though a much better translation would be released for the GBA later.

Final Fantasy V utilizes Final Fantasy III's job system, allowing maximum customization for the four (one is eventually replaced) characters, with jobs like Warrior, Thief, Black Mage, Geomancer and Monk.

The game was largely criticized for its graphics, which were not a large improvement and in essence a modified version of Final Fantasy IV's.

It also has a great villain called Exdeath.
Hey, have you ever seen the fan translation for Final Fantasy V?

That was a fan translation? I thought it was a transcript from one of George Bush's speeches....OHH!!!!!!!!!
