The act of being weird klutzy, and in someways annoying. Is very outgoing, and honestly doesn't care about what people say. Said to be like an illness, and is highly contagious if you hang out with those who have it, the more you hang out with them, the faster you come into contact with it. Startshit-itis is a social disorder which affects millions of individuals throughout our country, It refers to an affliction that causes the individual struggeling with this disorder, to "start shit" or create a dispute or in some instances begin a physical battle with someone for no reason other than they are bored

JOB-ITIS builds in you over time and is caused by a combination of work situations, such as: having to work late, giving 150% and no one notices, hardly taking any vacation or sick time, pretending to ignore when your boss takes credit for your ideas, suffering the slings and arrows of the vicious political atmosphere in your office, getting passed over for that well-deserved raise or promotion, pretending not care when an underling is promoted above you just because he/she sucks up to the boss, feeling physically sick when you wake up on a work day or just walk into the office.
