It's the absence of goverment, to put it simply.
It's where you believe that you should have no goverment. Therefor, you have no system of law. Obviously. No laws, nothing. Just human beings ruling themselves. Which of course, would equal total chaos. And a collasped society. Making Anarchy a waste of time.

1. what 12 year old middle class "punk rockers" write allover everything they own while yelling about how the "system" is getting them down and how somehow the world would be a more equal, peaceful place if everyone could go around robing and killing anyone who is weaker, while repeating the phrase " punks not dead" like some kinda mantra... then go tell their principal when they get there weed money robbed by a bigger kid.

Anarchy

A bullshit idea that revolves around the idea of no government. This idea also suggests that everyone in a community should work together for the better of the community, which will not happen because some people are selfish and most will not enjoy this way of living. This idea is mostly used by punks who think believing in anarchy is rebellious when most of them do not know anything about anarchy or believe in it because their friends do.

Typical punk - "Fuck the government, Anarchy is the way to go!"
