Someone who loves to poot/toot/fart. They are commonly referred to as poot-tooters when not only does their gas have quantity, but also volume.

Basically its a fart. Something referred to as a shart could also be classified as a "tooter-poop". An individual who "tooter-poops" is known as a "tooter-pooper". If feces should be released during "tooter-pooping", the excrement would then become tooter-poopee.

It's an old expression actually originating from a peg, with the Rooter being the snout, and the Tooter being the tail. So basically it means the whole hog from snout to tail. But has come to mean from head to toe.
